Property dispute resolution solicitor Paul Dench joins Glovers
The partners of Glovers Solicitors LLP are delighted to announce that Paul Dench has joined the firm as a partner in our dispute resolution department. Paul has joined from Field Seymour Parkes where he was head of the firm’s property litigation team, prior to which he was at Charles Russell Speechlys.
Paul has considerable experience advising clients on contentious property issues having dealt with diverse and complex cases for national commercial landlords and tenants in the retail, hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and leisure industries as well as banks and financial institutions, property developers, construction companies and landed estates.
Paul’s experience includes the enforcement of mortgages, seeking possession from trespassers, breaches of covenant, forfeiture, service charge disputes, the interpretation of restrictive covenants, commercial lease renewals and residential enfranchisement, break clause matters, dilapidation claims and the interference of easements.
