Paul is a partner and joint head of the dispute resolution department.
He specialises in landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and nuisance claims, unlawful occupiers and possession claims, breach of easements, claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, mortgagee recovery claims, property related insolvency, enforcement of restrictive covenants, professional negligence claims and advising landlords of large residential and commercial portfolios on all contentious issues arising from their estates.
Paul is described in the Legal 500 as giving “sound advice regarding dispute resolution and efficient and thorough an astute advocate – someone who can drive forward and get the job done” and as “a specialist with real breadth of experience, easy to talk to and quick to find the killer points”.
Paul is a member of Glovers’ hospitality and leisure team as he acts for many of the firm’s well-known casual dining restaurants, bowling alleys, pubs and cinemas in relation to any issues arising from their national property estates.
