Kirsty is a senor associate in the real estate finance department specialising in secured lending transactions.
She trained at a City law firm before qualifying in 2017. She joined Glovers in 2021.
Kirsty acts for banking and lender clients on development and investment transactions in relation to loans secured over residential, commercial and development properties. She also acts for private banks in connection with loans to high net worth individuals secured against high value residential property.
Kirsty also has experience acting for developers in the acquisition and disposal of development land and acting for landlords and tenants on commercial lettings.
