New restaurant client for Glovers

We are pleased to announce that we have recently been instructed by Galoupet Limited, to advise them in connection with employment law.

Galoupet Limited are proposing to open their first restaurant and wine store in  April 2011, based in Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge, London.

Galoupet will serve a range of healthy dishes, drawing on Mediterranean and Asian influences to comprise a nutritiously balanced, seasonal and sustainable offering. The informal space will span two floors and offer an all-day dining menu. The wine list will continuously change according to the menu, where each dish will be paired with several wines by the glass, placing an emphasis on customer choice. Furthermore, the restaurant will offer a ‘prix fixe’ wine-pairing menu, highlighting the affordable food and wine pairings on offer. Unlike other restaurants which focus on wine, Galoupet will not serve the typical charcuterie, pâté and cheese, espousing a philosophy that fine wines need not only be enjoyed with richer dishes.
