Glovers recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2020
Glovers Solicitors, a leading specialist property law practice based in Marylebone, has received fantastic recognition in the 2020 UK edition of the Legal 500.
The Legal 500 is the leading independent guide to the legal profession and Glovers has built upon its previous rankings with another strong showing across its key practice areas.
The predominately lender-focused property finance team, “specialising in residential development finance and residential and commercial development loans”, has been noted for regularly advising on matters involving “substantial real estate portfolios”. The team is headed by Darran Smith, a partner who is “active in complex and multi-jurisdictional transactions”. Liza Lam-Kee and Philip Mundy are also recommended as key lawyers.
The “extremely knowledgeable” John Barber is the head of the commercial property team and is praised for dealing with matters “promptly, diligently and being able to explain complex legal points in a straightforward manner”.
