Glovers act for The Melusine
Glovers partner Paul Jagger has advised new restaurant The Melusine in relation to the acquisition of their premises at St Katharine’s Dock, London.
Founders Theodore Kyriakou and Wade Mundford took a new lease of the premises in the Grade II listed Ivory House, opening a restaurant specialising in fresh seafood with a menu that changes daily.
Grace Dent, writing in the Guardian, recently gave The Melusine 10/10 for food and service describing the kitchen as "turning out magic".
Glovers also acted in connection with obtaining the new premises licence for the sale of alcohol at the restaurant.
