Glovers act for Dishoom on its new ‘Permit Room’ bar/café concept

Glovers' Hospitality and Leisure team act on the acquisition of Dishoom's third Permit Room, Dishoom's new all-day bar-café concept. Andrew Nicklinson and Naana Binfoh have recently acted for Dishoom on the acquisition of all three sites at East Street Arcade Brighton; Trinity Street, Cambridge; and New Inn Hall Street, Oxford. This follows on from the team acting on Dishoom's opening of its [largest] restaurant at Battersea Power Station in 2023.
