Glovers act for Deep Blue on its acquisition of Harry Ramsden’s

Glovers partners Philip Shotter and Paul Jagger have acted for Deep Blue Restaurants Limited on property law related matters in connection with its acquisition of the 90-year old fish and chip brand, Harry Ramsden's.

Deep Blue, which itself was previously operating out of 35 sites, has now increased its estate to 69 restaurants.

Glovers have been acting for Deep Blue Restaurants Limited since 2017.
