Within our real estate finance team we have the banking expertise to handle all structured finance work across the debt stack.

This includes dealing with syndicated loan documentation (including in the LMA forms), intercreditor arrangements for our senior and mezzanine lenders and advising on complex and bespoke security.

Often we carry out reviews and drafting of suites of finance documents for new and existing lenders ensuring that they are fully protected. The team is also used to advising on loan administration including specialist servicing scenarios that require loan restructuring or work out.
