We advise on residential, commercial, mixed use and student accommodation developments of all sizes up to £50 million but our "bread and butter" deals are in the £3 to 25 million range. We can advise on all aspects of the transaction and draft all loan documentation. We have found that our clients appreciate the fact that one person will deal with both finance and property sides of the transaction, which is one of the advantages of having a dedicated property finance team.
