Glovers acted for New Care Horizons Limited in respect of its recent multi-million pound acquisition of a seafront development site in Weymouth, Dorset. The site benefits from detailed planning permission secured by our client for a care village comprising 195 supported living units, a 60 bed care home, 34 respite hotel suites, medical support facilities, leisure facilities including a commercial restaurant, café and museum.
Andrew Nicklinson headed a team which advised on the property and funding aspects of the transaction.
